Exco, established in 2019, has been providing voltage testing equipment and coil analysis devices for years. Motor test equipment and coil analyzers are supplied worldwide to motor repair companies, motor, generator, and coil manufacturers, as well as OEMs; they are also provided to companies operating in energy production, mining, oil and gas, automotive, food processing, pulp and paper production, and various processing and manufacturing facilities.

These devices are used for problem diagnosis, quality assurance, motor reliability programs, and various maintenance programs.

Specification

It is available in 4 different models ranging from 4kV to 40kV and is suitable for most motor testing applications. The portable models allow testing in the field and provide instant feedback to your customers.

All models come with a 2-year warranty, unlimited lifetime technical support, and software updates. Additionally, repair service is provided, and some models still work even after 30 years.

According to customer feedback, these devices are very easy to use and can test AC and DC motors, as well as generators and individual or group coils. Results and reports can be transferred to a server via USB Flash Drive, Ethernet, or wireless connection.

Reports can be printed in PDF format with just one button from the test device, saving valuable time. Alternatively, reports can be generated on a PC with TRPro reporting software. The large color touchscreen makes interaction with the device user-friendly. Designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions, the automatic model D weighs only 14 kg, making it a portable solution.

Superior High-Frequency Voltage Pulses: Eliminates the ionization dissipation found in low-frequency voltage testers, allowing iTIG III to detect weak insulation at lower voltages and simulate better motor operating conditions.
